10/04 Stopped BCP, used natural timing and condoms (needed to fit in wedding dress)
10/05 Got married, actively started TTC
7/06 1st OB appt, prescribed clomid
9/06 period finally started after > 60 days with Provera, Clomid cycle 1 – BFN
10/06 Clomid cycle 2 – BFN
11/06 HSG – possible right unicornuate uterus (where’s my left tube?)
12/06 US pelvis – enlarged left ovary, unsure if left tube is there. MRI suggested
01/07 Clomid cycle 3 – BFN
3/07 Consultation with RE, diagnosed with PCOS, started Metformin
9/07 IUI cycle (follistim with ovidrel) - BFP with Twin Boys
1/08 Water broke due to an incompetent cervix (may be due to prior LEEP procedures), lost both babies after delivery @ 16 weeks (babies still alive in utero).
2/08 Deep deep depression started Celexa and quit after a month because it can cause birth defects and I wanted to get pregnant right away.
5/08 Surprise natural BFP (no idea when I ovulated)
6/08 Miscarriage at 5 weeks (chemical preg)
10/08 Contacted RE to try again, diagnosed with hypothyroidism (TSH level = 4.2), started synthroid and wait 6 weeks for labs
mid 12/08 Labs good (TSH level = 1.5), wait for period to start
1/09 IUI #2 (follistim with ovidrel) – BFP
2/09 US showed one baby @ 6w5d
4/2909 Double McDonald cerclage placed and started 17P shots @ 16 weeks
5/09 Baby is a anatomically correct GIRL @ 19 weeks!
9/15/09 Double cerclages removed @ 36 weeks
9/20/09 Happy Birthday Amethyst! 5lbs, 15oz, 19 inches long, cute as can be!
